I've got a new phone, how do I re-install the app?

Simple. Check any email or text that we have recently sent you and look for the link to download the latest version of the app.  Alternatively get in touch and we’ll send you a link via email and text.  All you have to do then is install it on your new phone and login like normal - there’s no need to re-register.

If you think you may still be logged in with your old phone and can’t log out of it, get in touch with the Hailo Driver Team.
