The sound is not working when I use the app, what can I do?

There are a couple of things you can check if your app isn’t playing any sounds. Try the steps below and see if this sorts out the problem:

  1. On the app tap Profile.
  2. On the Profile page tap Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
  4. Tap Play Job Offer Alert and if don’t hear a sound, try adjusting your phone’s volume.

If that doesn’t fix the problem try one of these, depending if you’re on iPhone or Android.

iPhone Users

  1. Tap Settings on your phone. 
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Scroll down and tap the Hailo app. 
  4. Scroll down and make sure that ‘Sounds’ is set to ‘On’.
Android Users
  Make sure your volume is turned up and any general notification settings are switched on.
