  • When do I get paid?

    All Hailo jobs (plus any card jobs taken off the street and processed through Hailo) completed between Monday and Sunday will be paid straight into your bank account by the following Friday. Payment can arrive in your account any time before the end of the day on Friday, depending on your particular bank. If you are due a payment from Hailo, a weekly statement will be sent to you at least 24 hours before the Friday you are due payment.

  • Hailo is great - can I invite my driver friends?

    Of course you can. Tap Friends on the app and then tap Find and Invite Friends. Tap the Invite button next to each driver you want to invite and we’ll send them an email with a unique link.

  • Can you resend my statements?

    If you have been taking Hailo jobs but have never received any statements, first check the spam filter and trash folders of the email address you used when registering with Hailo. Sometimes when you receive an email from a new address, your system will automatically mark it as spam. If you still don’t think you have all your statements, send us a message through feedback in the app and we can investigate the issue

  • I can't login - what do I do?

    If you are having trouble logging in to Hailo, try the following: Switch your phone off, back on and try logging in again. Check you have entered the correct email address (the one you registered with) and password. Check you’re not logged in to another device (like an old phone or iPad). If you are logged into another device and cannot log out for any reason, contact the Driver Office and one of the team can help. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your phone number. We will text you a code which you can use to reset your password. If after trying all these you still can’t log in, contact the Hailo Driver Team and we will help you get it sorted.

  • Can you resend me the app?

    Yes, not a problem. Check any email or SMS that we have recently sent you and look for the link to download the latest version of the app. Alternatively get in touch and we'll send you a link via email and SMS.

  • Some of my details are incorrect, what do I do?

    You can edit your details by going to the Profile section of the app. Tap the Profile icon, then tap Account. From here you can change all your details by tapping on the relevant section.

  • How do I access my job history?

    Simple. On the app, scroll down to Job History, tap and all the details of your recent jobs will be there.

  • Can I delete my job history?

    Not at the moment. It’s a important that you have your job history to hand, so you can keep a track of what you have done and resolve any issues quickly. But don’t worry, we don’t share this information with anyone else.
